• We’ll confirm your order and share our UPI payment details/QR code. 
• Once payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped. 

We accept UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.) and bank transfer on request. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Other states: 5–10 working days

• Shipping charges (if any) are shown before you confirm the order.
• Free delivery may apply during offers or for orders above a minimum value. 

Yes ✅, but only if:

• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. 
• You inform us within 7 days of delivery. 
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. 

Nightwear/innerwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. 

• Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and product photos
• Once approved, your refund will be sent to your UPI/bank account within 7–
  10 working days. 

We’ll share your tracking ID on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can track it through the courier partner’s website/app.
