Return Policy
- Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Request Timeline: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp with order details and photos.
- Condition: Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Non-returnable Items: Nightwear and innerwear, due to hygiene reasons.
- Refunds: Once approved, refunds will be made to your UPI/bank account within 7–10 working days.
